Book A Camping Trip on Cyber Monday; Get a Gift Card

If the answer is yes, then the New York State Park system has a deal for you on Cyber Monday. 

The park system is offering a $25 gift card toward a camping trip for those that book a two-night minimum stay online next Monday — Dec. 2.

“Camping in New York State is all about enjoying nature, building lifelong memories and doing so at a super, affordable price for families,” State Parks Commissioner Rose Harvey said. “This special is unique because it will allow our loyal customers to come back and camp even cheaper next time or gift the card to someone who has yet to experience all that camping in New York State has to offer.”

Dates for reservations for camping at some 113 state campgrounds and 52 New York State Department of Environmental Conservation campgrounds are available through Labor Day 2014, pending availability, according to Harvey, who said that camping has become more popular in recent years.
