Here's a Stuffing Recipe to kick-off this feature:
- Sautee' two sticks of butter in a frying pan with a large, chopped up onion and two celery sticks.
- Add a tablespoon of poultry seasoning as it is cooking.
- In a large bowl, cut up 16 slices of bread and add a cup of Rice Krispies.
- Add the sauteed butter, onion and celery to the bread and Rice Krispies and stuff your bird. (I know, people look at me funny when I say Rice Krispies, but promise, this stuffing tastes great.)
