Tesla Supporters Look to Turn Lab into Museum

Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe trying to raise $1.2 million to purchase property.

Scientist Nikola Tesla left his mark on Shoreham, and supporters are looking to honor and preserve his memory and turn his lab, Wardenclyffe, into a science museum.

The Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe organization will hold a conference enitled "Exploring Tesla's Technologies"on Nov. 5 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead.
