Ready to post your event? Here are the steps:
- Log in. If you don’t have an account with Patch, you’ll have to create one. They’re free and we won’t send you lots of emails unless you ask to receive our newsletter.
- Click on 'Post an event' underneath the top four stories on the homepage. You can also click on where it says 'Put an event on the calendar' under where it says Contribute on the bottom of the homepage.
- Then, you just have to fill out all of the relevant information. The forms with an asterisk, like the Event Title, are requiredm, as well as an address. If you are having trouble adding an address, check the Google Maps address and copy and paste that into the form.
- When you’re done, simply click “Post My Event” and it's live! Share it with your friends, your groups, and spread the word!
