Weekend Weather: Chance of Snow
A few inches possible, says the National Weather Service.
An approaching cold front and a strengthening storm system in the Ohio Valley will help bring light snowfall to the Miller Place-Rocky Point area on Saturday. While not particularly heavy, the snow may cause slippery roads and reduced visibilities.
Generally, 1 to 3 inches of snow is possible, according to the National Weather Service.

Saturday: Rain and snow are likely before 7 a.m. A 60 percent chance of precipitation with a high of 37 degrees forecast. Winds out of the North at 12 mph.

Sunday: Overnight snow accumulation from one to two inches is likely, with some more expected before noon. Colder and windy with a high temperature of 28 degrees and winds out of the Northwest at 28 mph.
