What Do You Want to See Here? [Empty in Miller Place-Rocky Point]

A national chain is coming to half of the former Blockbuster, what would you like to see in the rest?

Whether you loved their movie selection and multiple copies or hated their late charges, Blockbuster Video is gone from Rocky Point.

The 7,000 square foot building has been empty for nearly a year, but won't be for much longer. A national chain has agreed to lease half the property and is awaiting permit approval before beginning to move in.

The other 3,500 square feet are up for grabs. Greg Carlin, who is overseeing the leasing of the building said that the asking price is $30 per foot and that they've received strong interest.
