On Facebook, Michael Mangino said, "Never had one and not going to start."

Patti Kozlowski added, "No flu shot for me. To prepare put some effort towards boosting your immune system get enough sleep eat clean and take your vitamins. Implement appropriate sanitary practices, wash your hands, have tissues, sanitizer, disinfectant wipes at home and work. Wipe your phone & keyboard, get a new toothbrush, use paper cups for brushing teeth. Stay away from sick people when you can."

we (the family) decided a few years ago not to get the flu shot. Its a great insurance/fear/money maker for CVS and all pharmacies, etc and the manufacturers. As this year again proves - wrong strain? We are going to find just as we have with antibiotics in our food supply and in humans we are forcing the bacteria and virus to evolve or resist.

This is one of the years that the CDC actually got the Flu strain correct and got the correct vaccine ready (apparently not enough of it, though). If you have children in your unvaccinated family, please keep them away from children and vulnerable others so the "virus [can] evolve or resist" isolated in them and your family.
