Miller Place Band Vying for Spot in Great South Bay Music Festival

Band made up of current and former Miller Place students vying for spot in music festival needs votes.

'The Serotones', a group made up of current and former Miller Place students, are vying for a chance to play at the Great South Bay Music Festival and ned your help.

The contest, hosted by BOBBIEQUE Restaurant and WEHM Radio, consists of three rounds; the first was a recorded submission that was judged by the people at EHM, and the second is online voting available to the public. 

To vote for The Serotones follow this link, scroll to the bottom and enter your information. The five bands who get the most votes will move to the Live Performance round at BOBBIEQUE in Patchogue, and the winner of the competition will get a spot at the Great South Bay Music Festival on July 20.

Kevin Eiserman, 19, and Jared Gabrielli, 17, formed ‘The Serotones’  last year and were soon joined by bassist, Matt Cusano, 19, and pianist/vocalist, April Rose Gabrielli, 20.

Eiserman, Cusano and April Rose Gabrielli are Miller Place High School Graduates (Class of 2011) and Jared Gabrielli will be graduating in June 2013. Their EP 'The Basement,' is to be released in 2013. Find out more about the band on www.facebook.com/TheSerotonesBand.
