Veterans Day Memorial

Veterans Day Memorial Day Post VFW  6249Please join us on Friday in  "Thanking those who gave their all"our Veterans. Our Ladies axillary will be holding a poppy drive also and a food drive for our Homeless Veterans.On this day of remembrances I'd like to give special mention to Sergeant John J. Corley who served as a Marine during World War 11. Segt Corley gave service to our county as a man of honor . He gave his all though out his 90 years . Segt, Corley"Devil dog" you gave to me as a  Marine Momma moments of faith and courage during my darkest moments . You stood beside me with hope during my son's deployment in Iraq . You will be remembered  forever every time I look into my sons eyes and see the past and the future of our patriotism and volunteerism. Thank you Segt Corley please hold the gates of heaven open for our Marines to enter with your guiding light .Semper Fi God Bless all the Gold Star Moms our tears will never dry!Marine Momma Janene Gentile Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 6269
