Bel Breeze Moves, Leaving Old Space Vacant [Empty in Miller Place]

Location up for lease zoned for retail and wet use.

has moved out of its old location at 451 Route 25A in Miller Place, and the 1,250 square-foot space is now up for lease.

Bob Damon, real estate agent for the location, told Patch that Bel Breeze, which was renting this location, has bought its own building across the street, leaving the old space vacant.

"It's built out inside for a real estate company," Damon said. "We're not sure what could go there, it could be anything. I have a frozen yogurt company looking in the area, so you never know."
