Sounds to me like they opened too early. My son wanted to go there but I avoided the long opening lines and will go later in the week. Hope they have their act together by then!

This is horrible. This location is going to give the other moes a bad name. This location is not owned by the same person who owns the nassau locations and commack. It took 1 hour to go through 10 customers. When I finally got to the counter I was met by 2 high school kids just writing my order on the foil. When I said rice I saw that it was one big clump. The lady behind me who wanted a rice bowl and waited an hour in line for it, was so upset. She walked out. I was then told they were out of rice and that was all. They then told me there was no more rice salsa. Mind you, this was day 4 of them being open. It took 7 employees to make my 3 burritos. When I opened mine I couldn't eat it and immediately spoke to the manager. He told me he was out of rice and he was boiling white rice. I have written this review waiting for my replacement and still nothing. First impressions are everything and this place lost their chance and many customers.

I have celiac disease and this is one of the few restaurants around that is certified to be safe. Please, give it time before you start judging the entire place. First impressions of a chain establishment that just opened less than a week ago mean very little. I go to Moe's nearly 3-5 days a week and fully support their all natural, gluten free, antibiotic free cause. If you want quick service and smaller lines, go to Taco Bell and eat their 34% meat product.
