Halfway to St. Patrick's Day Golf Outing Set to Benefit Parade

Friends of St. Patrick outing benefits the Miller Place-Rocky Point parade.

Believe it or not, the 63rd annual Miller Place-Rocky Point St. Patrick's Day Parade is only six months away, and the Friends of St. Patrick have already begun planning.

In order to offset operating expenses for the upcoming parade, the Friends of
St. Patrick will be holding their third annual Half-Way to St. Patrick’s Day Golf Outing Fundraiser on Sept. 21 at Calverton Links in Calverton.

The cost per golfer is $165, which includes a full round of golf, luncheon, cocktail hour and dinner. Tickets for solely the cocktail hour and dinner cost $50 per
person. Individual hole and events sponsorships are also available beginning at only $50.

For those golfing, check-in begins at 11 a.m. for a 1 p.m. tee-off with a shotgun start and scramble format. Along the ninth hole will be a sausage and wurst grill along with a raw bar. All afternoon activities will feature ice cold beer, soda and bottled water.

Registration and sponsorship applications are available at: in Rocky Point, in Sound Beach, in Rocky Point and The Colleran Agency in Rocky Point. Registration is also available online at www.friendsofsaintpatrick.com. For additional information, contact Golf Outing Chairman Brian Baisley at 790-9061.
