The Rocky Point Town House Diner on 25A in Rocky Point has an extensive, classic diner menu with breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert items. For lunch their is an array of sandwiches, burgers and meals to choose from, and we tried the burger deemed good enough to be given the Town House name.
The Dish: Town House Burger Deluxe ($11.95)
What's Inside: A burger cooked to order with cheese, bacon, mushrooms, onions, onion rings, french fries, lettuce and tomatoes on a hard roll.
How's it Taste: The burger was cooked to order (medium) nicely and they don't skimp on the toppings. The burger was loaded with at least four or five strips of crispy bacon, two medium-sized onion rings and plenty of cheese, onions and mushrooms. The dish was served hot and fresh and also came with a pickle and coleslaw.
