The space in between Echo Optical and Anthony Scott Salon on Echo Avenue is vacant and up for lease.
Formerly , the location became available when they closed earlier in the year. Bob Damon, the real estate agent for the store, said it is zoned for wet use.
"Wet use means you can do any type of food, [like] a takeout restaurant or deli," he said. "We're doing interior renovations. It was rented for a really long time so we just basically tore it apart and fixed it all up nice again."
Damon said they are working on getting the spot leased as soon as possible.
