Mothers Day: A Question For Divorced Or Fathers Not With The Mother Of Their Children

So you're no longer with the mother of your children. Did you at least send a card thanking her for being the mother of your child or children? Isn't this the right thing to do even if you don't get along?

I am the parent of two step children and two children of my own. I find it hard to believe that any man would not at least acknowledge the mother of their child on Mothers Day. My wife's ex never did.

Am I out of line in this train of thought or just "respectful"? Your thoughts!
