Brent Rutledge, 46, of Mt. Sinai was arrested Nov. 30 in Miller Place and charged with first offense DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said Rutledge was traveling on Miller Place Road when his 1997 Jeep was involved in a crash.
Serhat Soykan, of Sound Beach, was arrested Nov. 30 and charged with second degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor. On Oct. 28 at 5:30 p.m., during a dispute at the Hess Station in Miller Place, Soykan allegedly removed the gas nozzle from his vehicle and sprayed gas toward another person.
Charles Molesi, 27, of Shoreham, was arrested Nov. 30 at his home and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Molesi allegedly left the Walmart in the Centereach Mall with assorted clothes.
