President of Suffolk County Girls Lacrosse and local fifth grade and travel team lacrosse coach Kurt Burmeister has died, according to multiple reports. Burmeister was 46 years old.

According to a laxmagazine.com report, Burmeister was coaching a clinic for new girls lacrosse players on Monday when he went into cardiac arrest.
