Spotlight: Netusil Jewelers Celebrates 88 Years with Annual Food Drive

From April 29 through May 4, a food donation gets a discount on a watch battery change.

Beginning April 29, Netusil Jewelers will celebrate 88 years by offering to change watch batteries for just 88 cents in exchange for a nonperishable food donation.

The offer lasts through May 4. All donations go to local food pantries and churches such as St. Anthony’s, Trinity Lutheran, Sound Beach Community Church, St. Louis De Montfort and even Holy Trinity out in Middle Island. y

The offer stands for 1.5 volt watch batteries and there is no limit, so each item donated gets another battery changed.
