The Week Ahead: Mount Sinai Mosque Meeting, Miller Place Budget Talks
Scheduled events for the coming week.
1. After being delayed because of the blizzard, the Brookhaven Town Planning Board will discuss the proposal for a mosque in Mount Sinai Monday. The meeting begins at 4 p.m. at Brookhaven Town Hall.
2. The Miller Place Board of Education holds its first budget meeting of the year Wednedsay night at 7:30 in the high school.
3. The North Shore Youth Council offers its child care services for members of the Rocky Point, Miller Place, and Shoreham-Wading River School Districts. Call 631-744-0207 for more information.
