Veterans Chili Off

DEKS AMERICAN RESTAURANT 2NDANNUAL “CHILI COOK OFF”SUNDAY APRIL 27th  2014  1PM TO 4PMNAME_________________________________PHONE #_______________________________$15 ENTRANCE FEE____________________$5 TO TASTE ALL OF THE CHILIS-------------All entrants must be registered & payed in full at least 72 hours before event. Must be payed at registration.Each entrant must provide four (4) quarts of finished product. If you have a crock pot it would be good to serve from. Please maintain proper food safety hold chili under 42 or over 145 degrees.Contestants must be on premises by NOON.Participants will NOT be serving their own CHILI.The House will provide cups, spoons, napkins, and sternos where needed.
