Julia is a nine-year-old girl battling Leukemia who now faces a bone narrow transplant.
In order to support her and her family, the Sound Beach community is banding together and will hold a fundraiser on Aug. 25.
The Just For Julia Fundraiser will be held at the Sound Beach Clubhouse at 69 Malba Drive from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
East Asian Holistic Medicine treatments, including acupuncture and tui na medical massages along with other activities will be available for her supporters.
There will also be yoga classes and arts and crafts for children, along with refreshments and raffles. The suggested donation is $20 per person, but you can donate as much as you like.
