Blog: Week 3 - Ed Darcey's Biggest Loser

Biggest Loser goes into it's 3rd week.

March 12 - Today was weigh-in day and the start of week three. Happy to report I was down five pounds - even after cheating a bit on the diet this weekend. I saw Geof, Jeff , Nancy and Don and Eileen this morning - all reported two to five pound losses. I have been to the gym 15 days in a row -that's a lifetime first!

Nancy said: "It's hard work, but I'm actually starting to enjoy the work I'm putting into this and the motivation I have and the motivation I'm getting from family and friends. Didn't realize at times how much I can push myself, especially with Ed's help and his '2 more Nancy, 5 more Nancy' shout-outs and I just hope and pray this motivation continues. I CAN DO THIS!"

Geoffrey reported being down six pounds for the week: "Last week I couldn't get through one of these push ups - now I am doing 15!"

Ed Darcey told us that weight loss should now go even faster since the body's metabolism is now getting adjusted to the new diet and regimen of exercise.
