And They Lived Happily Ever After
Now I can't tear myself away from this wedding, and then the Princess met her Prince on the altar…I was hooked.
“Enough," I said in the weeks leading up to the Royal Wedding. "Who Cares?" I felt that we were making way too much of the Royal wedding here in our news.
Fast Forward to Friday morning. I get up at 5:30 to do my usual morning routine prior to work. I put the T.V. on. The Queen had arrived at the church.. I watched. Kate’s sister and her tiniest of bridesmaids were getting out of their limo.. I watched more. Oooh beautiful dresses, adult and child alike. They were waiting for Kate to get in her limo…and I watched. Kate gets out of her limo and gets set to walk down the aisle… oooh is that goose bumps on my arms? Now I can’t tear myself away from this wedding, and then she met her Prince on the altar…I was hooked.
It was like watching a real life fairy tale. I know Prince, Princess, Queen, yet I never really equated them to say .. princesses, and princes and all things 'little girl.' Oh my, but when the Prince and Princess sat in their horse drawn carriage, and I saw all those regal horses, as they made their way to the...what…PALACE? It was like a childhood fantasy. Totally transformed, as I go screeching through the house to get my now awake two-year-old daughter.
