The surge of illegal immigrant children crossing the US-Mexico border has launched a whole new set of health and safety issues. Apart from being a burden on our already strapped border security resources, this influx is bringing diseases that will put sick and elderly US citizens and legal immigrants at risk. One more expense to the American taxpayer.
