Angry Confused Ms Juengst

Ms Juengst is angry because Sarah Anker had an idea that might actually save children's lives. Ms Juengst is angry because the Suffolk County Police Dept and the county's School Superintendents agree That the SAVE Hotline will shorten police response time and improve the accuracy of information in the critical first few minutes of an incident. Ms Juengst is angry because Sarah Anker has worked closely with County Executive Steve Bellone to reduce the County Deficit from almost $500 M (thank you Steve Levy ) to under $100 M in less than 2years. Ms Juengst is angry because Anker has had to make tough unpopular decisions to accomplish this reduction. Anker has angered some of the powers that be to get this done. The laying off of workers, the closing of county buildings, the consolidation of depts... All unpopular decisions that had to be made in under to get the County's finances in order. These are the actions of a leader who is unafraid to take on vested interests in order to do the people's work . Ms Juengst is confused about her own beliefs, she emphatically states that she wants to reduce waste yets she attacks Anker for supporting the closing of the health center. The Health Center was bleeding the County over $1m a month..... Government does not belong in the health care business, the private sector does a much better job then government ever could. ... Ms Juengst claims she has read the new proposed County budget yet she has not offered one new idea about cost savings, not one idea about how make govt more efficient . All this from a candidate on the conservative line.... I honesty believe she is just very confused....... How confused you ask ? ...... In fact for the past 6 months Ms Juengst has been touting her record as a lawyer,  yet her NYS Law license lapsed in the early spring. ....... Very Confused........Our Community deserves better......Elect Sarah Anker
