Dog is very friendly, may have been hit by a car this morning on NCR, seems to either have bad vision or may be blind? No tag or collar. Seems very friendly and likes to be talked to and be petted. Chris and Virginia at High Tide Automotive (Getty) are feeding, walking and keeping her/him warm. Please stop in to find out if its your dog?
