What is happening?

I was wondering as I'm sure the rest of our community might be, what is going on all thru Patch/Mt Sinai Rd. CR83?  Why have all the backyard fences been knocked down?  Please tell us, this is not some kids pranking I do hope.  I could not believe that this much damage could have been done by kids and that they were not caught or stoppped. How did it go on for such a long distance?  Please, this could not be the doing of the town and then left in this condition. What really happened?
