Crime Report: Criminal Mischief, Governmental Obstruction and Stalking Charges

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Miller Place, Sound Beach, and Rocky Point during March 9-16:

Rosemary Zito, of Ridge was arrested March 16 in Rocky Point and charged with petit larceny and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.    

Mark Clayton, of Coram was arrested March 16 in Rocky Point and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Michael Palumbo, of Rocky Point was arrested March 16 in Rocky Point and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property. 

Robert Jacobsen, of Rocky Point was arrested March 16 in Rocky Point and charged with criminal mischief.

Kevin Conley, of Sound Beach was arrested March 14 in Sound Beach and charged with fourth degree stalking. 

Starr Moreno, of Miller Place was arrested March 14 in Miller Place and charged with second degree aggravated harassment.

Gary Reichmann, of Rocky Point was arrested March 13 in Rocky Point and charged with disorderly conduct.

Jeffrey Vilardi, of Sound Beach was arrested March 13 in Rocky Point and charged with third degree assault.

Christopher Small, of Rocky Point was arrested March 12 in Coram and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Alexandra Bartonik, of Brookhaven was arrested March 11 in Rocky Point and charged with first offense DWI. 

Thomas Leuzzi, of Dix Hills was arrested March 10 in Sound Beach and charged with third degree narcotics and second degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Jamie Winkelman, of Dix Hills was arrested March 10 in Sound Beach and charged with third degree narcotics.

Kevin Conley, of Sound Beach was arrested March 10 in Sound Beach and charged with fourth degree stalking. 

Harold Taylor, of Huntington Station was arrested March 9 in Rocky Point and charged with criminal mischief. 

Jason Luongo, of Miller Place was arrested March 9 in Medford and charged with second degree obstruction of governmental administration. 

Michael Luongo, of Miller Place was arrested March 9 in Medford and charged with second degree obstruction of governmental administration.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  If any of the above charges have been acquitted, in order for removal from publication, one must email the writer and provide proof of dismissal.
