Crime Report: Three Teens Charged with Assault in Separate Incidents

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tyler Danielsen, 17, of Rocky Point, was arrested May 18 in Rocky Point and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a felony. Police said he injured another person by hitting them in the face with a piece of wood.

Louise Sigismondi, 35, of Shoreham, was arrested May 17 in Miller Place and charged with DWAI-combined drugs and alcohol. Police said she was traveling eastbound on Route 25A and failed to maintain her lane.

Frank Fernandez, 17, of Sound Beach, was arrested May 17 in Sound Beach and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a felony. Police said he injured another person by hitting them in the face with a piece of wood.

Kurt Knoernschild, 54, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested May 17 in Mt. Sinai and charged with DWI with two previous convictions in 10 years. He was arrested on CR 83 and Mount Sinai Coram Road in Mt. Sinai. Police said he failed to stop at a steady red turn arrow and was seen failing to maintain his lane.

David Maraviglia, 21, of Rocky Point, was arrested May 16 in Rocky Point and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property. Maraviglia allegedly sold a watch he knew was stolen.

Kimberley Arza, 43, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested May 15 in Setauket and charged with DWI. Police say Arza intoxicated after she crossed over the double yellow line and crashed into another vehicle on Main Street in Setauket at 10:30 p.m.

A Jake Hansen, 17, of Sound Beach, was arrested May 14 in Sound Beach and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a felony. Police said he injured another person by hitting them in the face with a piece of wood.
