Crime Report: Petty Larceny Charge in Rocky Point
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Kevin Gauck, 25, of Selden, was arrested on April 12 and charged with first offense DWI. Gauck was arrested on Route 25A in Mt. Sinai after allegedly driving over the speed limit and crossing over the dotted line while intoxicated.
Vincent Spielman, 27, of Coram, was arrested April 12 in Mt. Sinai and charged with first offense DWI. Spileman was operating his 2000 Chevrolet on Route 25A and School Street when he was arrested for DWI for driving over the speed limit and failing to maintain his lane, Police said.
Joseph Colombo, 23, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested April 12 in Mt. Sinai and charged with first offense DWI. Colombo was arrested while driving his 2006 Nissan over the white hash marks on Route 25A while intoxicated, according to Police.

Nicholas Provenzano, 25, of Rocky Point, was arrested April 12 in Lake Grove and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Provenzano was arrested in the parking lot of the Smithhaven Mall.
Ann Susan Micari, 59, of Rocky Point, was arrested April 10 and charged with petty larceny. Micari allegedly stole numerous fashion jewelry items from a location on 25A in Rocky Point.
