Crime Report: Teens Allegedly Steal Women's Clothing from Kohl's

Kenneth Cassidy, 51, of Rocky Point, was arrested July 13 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested at Broadway and Prince Rd. for illegal possession of prescription medication, according to police.

Sabrine Labidi, 20, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested July 12 and charged with first-offense DWI. Labidi was traveling westbound on 25A and Mt. Sinai Ave where she was stopped for failing to maintain her lane and was found to be intoxicated, according to police.

An 18-year-old and a 17-year-old, both of Rocky Point, were arrested July 11 and charged with petty larceny. The teen allegedly stole women’s clothing from in Rocky Point.

Thomas Gonzalez, 39, of Sound Beach, was arrested July 9 and charged with grand larceny (property value greater than $1,000). Gonzalez allegedly stole money from his employer, United Chimney Corporation.

Patsy Bellomo, 54, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested July 8 and charged with third degree assault with intent to cause physical injury. Bellomo allegedly punched someone in the face on 25A in Rocky Point.

Michael O'Connell, 35, fo Rocky Point, was arrested July 7 and charged with first-offense DWI. Police said O'Connell drove 75 mph in a 35 mph zone and ran a red light. He appeared to be intoxicated when stopped, according to police.
