Crime Report: Theft and Possession Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.  It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Miller Place, Sound Beach, and Rocky Point during Aug. 21-29:

John Edgar, II, 33, of Shirley was arrested Aug. 29 in Sound Beach and charged with second degree unlawful imprisonment. Reports indicate Edgar was arrested for the alleged refusal to let another male exit his vehicle. Reports indicate Edgar allegedly threatened the male with physical harm if he didn’t comply.    

Richard Kijowski, 51, of Farmingville was arrested Aug. 27 in Miller Place and charged with criminal mischief. Reports indicate Kijowski was arrested for the alleged theft of lawn furniture at approximately 2 a.m. It was unclear if the furniture was stolen from a business or a residency.    

Gregory Harvey, 55, of Hempstead was arrested Aug. 27 in Rocky Point and charged with fourth degree grand larceny. Reports indicate Harvey was arrested for the alleged theft of assorted merchandise from Waldbaums.    

Anthony Geloso, 18, of Miller Place was arrested Aug. 25 in Miller Place and charged with first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Reports indicate Geloso was arrested for allegedly operating a 2006 Honda eastbound on Route 25A, Miller Place while impaired by drugs. Reports indicate the incident occurred at approximately 2:54 a.m.    

Todd Seus, 33, of Miller Place was arrested Aug. 25 in Miller Place and charged with loitering an unlawful use of a controlled substance, and second degree unlawful imprisonment. Reports indicate Seus was arrested for allegedly loitering with three other individuals who attempted to purchase heroin.         

Christina Morales, 23, of Miller Place was arrested Aug. 25 in Miller Place and charged with loitering an unlawful use of a controlled substance. Reports indicate Morales was arrested for allegedly loitering with three other individuals who attempted to purchase heroin. 

Marcella Brako, 31, of Lake Grove was arrested Aug. 25 in Miller Place and charged with second degree criminal impersonation. Reports indicate Brako was arrested for allegedly providing a police officer with a false identity.      

Jerry Evans, 44, of Miller Place was arrested Aug. 24 in Centereach and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports indicate Evans was arrested for the alleged possession of crack, cocaine.    

Jonathan Kelly, 21, of Rocky Point was arrested Aug. 23 in Rocky Point and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Reports indicate Kelly was arrested for the alleged possession of marijuana in front of 45A, Hallock Landing Rd.    

Romdell Grimes, 24, of Miller Place was arrested Aug. 21 in Medford and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana. Reports indicate Grimes was arrested for the alleged possession of marijuana in the parking lot of Route 112 Motel, Medford.

Michael Keenan, 49, of Sound Beach was arrested Aug. 21 in Sound Beach and charged with obscene language and gestures. Reports indicate Kennan was arrested for allegedly shouting obscenities in a public roadway.
