Crime Report: Two Charged With Stealing from Kohl's

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jeffrey Noe, 36, of Sound Beach, was arrested Dec. 3 at about 9:40 p.m. and charged with first offense DWI. He was in a motor vehicle crash in a 1997 GMC Sierra near Route 25A and Broadway.

Gregory Kost, 32, of Brooklyn, was arrested Dec. 4 at about 2:40 a.m. and charged with DWI with a previous conviction in the past ten years. He was found near the corner of Route 25A and Westchester Drive in a 2001 Oldsmobile.

A 17-year-old minor, of Mount Sinai, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with petty larceny. She allegedly took assorted clothing from Bob's in Selden.

Alexander Cook, 46, of Mount Sinai, was arrested Dec. 5 at about 7:30 p.m. and charged with first degree criminal contempt. He allegedly violated an order of protection.

Scott Loeser, 18, of Rocky Point, was arrested Dec. 6 at about 9:30 a.m. and charged with petty larceny. He allegedly took a laptop and a fishing pole from a residence on Sun Road in Rocky Point.

Richard McKibbin, 32, of Manorville was arrested Dec. 6 at about 8:06 p.m. and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled susbtance and petty larceny. He allegedly took took assorted clothing from Kohl's in Rocky Point and during a search the controlled substance was found.

Melissa Cook, 21, of Rocky Point, was arrested Dec. 7 at about 5:22 p.m. and charged with petty larceny. She allegedly took assorted jewelry, perfume, and clothing from Kohl's in Rocky Point.
