Crime Report: Violations Against Orders, and Sale of Alcohol to a Minor

False personation and aggravated harassment among recent crimes.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these incidental arrests in Miller Place, Sound Beach, and Rocky Point during June 1-7:

Ryan McNeill, 28, of Rocky Point was arrested June 7 in Rocky Point and charged with second degree aggravated harassment.  Reports indicate McNeill allegedly violated an order of protection.

Gina Marasak, 34, of Rocky Point was arrested June 5 in Miller Place and charged with false personation, and second degree criminal contempt.  Reports indicate Marasak allegedly violated a court order not to drink alcohol, and gave the wrong identification to police upon being arrested.      

David Derolf, 45, of Shirley was arrested June 4 in Shoreham and charged with DWI. Reports indicate Derolf was operating a 1994 Saturn at approximately 4:19 a.m. on Route 25A, Shoreham. Reports state he was discovered to be intoxicated by police.

Thomas Digiantomasso Jr., 28, of Sound Beach was arrested June 3 in Mt. Sinai and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and third degree narcotics.    

Zubair Sharif, 47, of Miller Place was arrested June 3 in Medford and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first degree unlawful dealing to a child.  Reports state Sharif allegedly sold alcohol to a minor and possessed Xanex without a prescription.    

Joshua Sisler, 36, of Wading River was arrested June 2 in Miller Place and charged with first offense DWI. Reports state Sisler was allegedly operating a 1963 Pontiac at approximately 2:05 a.m. while intoxicated.
