Crime Report: Woman Attempts to Return Unpurchased Goods from Kohls

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Timothy Kearney, Jr., 23, of Shirley was arrested Dec. 15 at about 1 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. He was heading northbound on County Road 83 in Mount Sinai in a 2005 Suzuki when he allegedly failed to maintain his lane, alerting police.

Amanda Durinick, 24, of Orlando, was arrested Dec. 15 at about 1 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. She was heading northbound on County Road 83 in Mount Sinai in a 1996 Oldsmobile when she allegedly failed to maintain her lane, alerting police.

Vikki Samsoe, 42, of Mount Sinai was arrested Dec. 16 at about 5:35 p.m. and charged with petty larceny and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She reportedly took a sheet set off the shelf at the and then brought them to customer service, attempting to attain a refund. When she was being arrested police found the controlled substance.

David Alberici, 33, of Rocky Point, was arrested Dec. 18 at about 9:22 p.m. and charged with first offense DWI. He was on the Sunrise Highway south service road in Patchogue when he allegedly made numerous driving infractions, attracting the attention of the police.

Heather Mazza, 23, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested Dec. 20 at about 1 a.m. and charged with first degree operating of a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Police found her allegedly asleep near the corner of Route 25A and Ridge Road in Rocky Point in a 2002 Hyundai that was stopped on right shoulder with the vehicle half in roadway.

Michael Martin, 35, of Rocky Point was arrested Dec. 21 at and charged with six counts of second degree burglary. The arrest is the result of an investigation of incidents that took place earlier in the year when Martin allegedly broke into houses and took jewelry, computers, and other goods.

Arielle Naughton, 26, of Mastic Beach, was arrested Dec. 21 at about 11:37 p.m. and charged with first offense DWI. She was heading eastbound on Route 25A in Miller Place in a 1997 Jeep when she allegedly failed to maintain her lane, alerting police.
