Mt. Sinai Man Arrested for Possession of Psychedelic Drug 'Molly'

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

-Police said a Mt. Sinai man was driving too slow when they pulled him over in Port Jefferson and arrested and charged him with driving while intoxicated.

According to police, Michael Miller, 31, was driving a 2007 Jeep at midnight on Oct. 5 on Roessener Lane. Miller was charged with felony drunk driving while intoxicated due to a reported prior drunk driving conviction in the past 10 years.

-A 29-year-old Mt. Sinai man who police said was in possession of the psychedelic drug known as Molly was arrested in Port Jefferson.

According to police, the arrest occurred at 11:45 p.m. on Roessener Lane. He was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.
