PHOTO: Shoreham-Wading River Seniors Sign National Letters of Intent

Shoreham-Wading River High School seniors Kimberly Pflumm and Amanda DeGennaro recently joined with family members to sign their National Letters of Intent to play field hockey.

On March 21, Pflumm signed to play for Mercyhurst University and DeGennaro for Dowling College. Field hockey coach J.M. Jackson and Director of Athletics Kenneth Marlborough were also in attendance at the singing.

“Kim is tenacious, confident and a strong defense player,” Jackson said. “And Amanda is a spark with tremendous skill, energy and attack on the field. They are going to be greatly missed.”
