The Wildcat Athletic Club Field Renovation Committee, a booster club comprised of district residents, had its construction plan by BBS Architects & Engineers for a high school football field press box recently approved by the Board, according to a report in the Village Beacon Record.
The plan, , is fully funded by the booster club and comes at no cost to the district. Booster Club President Chris Rosati estimates the total cost of the project to be $52,400, the report reads.
Rosati said the press box will come entirely prebuilt and the goal is to install the press box by mid-August before the start of the football season. The timetable for a separate concession stand project remains unkown. Click here to read the entire report in the Village Beacon Record.
