Our gymnastics classes are perfect for any aspiring young athletes. Gymnastics will teach your kids the body awareness, strength, and flexibility that will be useful in any future sports they may choose to play. Spins’ philosophy is teaching progressive, quality gymnastics in a child-friendly environment. Children will also learn self-confidence through individual achievements and conquering of fears. Boys and girls classes are divided by age and experience.  Our low child to staff ratio of 6:1 will ensure your child gets the individual attention they deserve. Experienced gymnasts may also try out for our Advanced 2hr programs.

Parent/Child Classes(12 months-3 years old)
Open structured classes allowing the child to explore the trampoline, beams, bars, and more.  Instructors present gymnastics warm-ups and teach parents and children throughout the class.  This program can enhance children with physical delay as well as the potentially gifted and talented athletes. 45 minute classes.
Tiny Tots (3-4 years old)
Tiny Tots is a structured 45 minute class for 3 to 4 year olds with a 4:1 ratio of students to instructors.  There is a changing weekly lesson plan starting with the basics of gymnastics and focusing on individual progression of more advanced skills.  Cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, uneven bars, balance beam, will all be taught.  This is not just a fun movement class, we teach progressive gymnastics for young children.
Boys/Girls New
New classes are designed to be accessible to all children no matter what their natural athletic ability.  Focus is put on safety, strength, flexibility, and fun. We accomplish this through weekly progressive lesson plans, consistent teachers, and a strong knowledge of gymnastics.  Every child would enjoy our beginner programs. Classes are 1hour 15 minutes long.

Boys/Girls Experienced
For the child that has enjoyed their gymnastics experience and wants to continue progressing their individual skills.  Our friendly staff will encourage your child to excel and improve on a weekly basis.  Students will be challenged to push themselves to new heights both physically and mentally.  Classes are 1 hour 30 minutes long.
Boys/Girls Advanced
These are invitational classes designed to train for potential competitive gymnastics. Students will learn a foundation of team-level skills.  Classes are 2 hours long.
Competitive Teams
Spins has competitive gymnastics teams for various age groups.  If you are interested in having your child join our coaches would be happy to evaluate them.

Bravo MP Majority, very well said.Teachers are the most protected job on the planet. Now if theyRead More could only earn that money by producing results in the classrooms like they used to. But I also blame the absent NO vote. They need to be sent a message-we need a majority no vote but that will never happen. Glad I am out of here in 2 years. Can't imagine trying to live here and pay these taxes on social security and my 401K that tanked in 2008 while I was making up the teachers loss on their pension and paying my health insurance & theirs at the same time. So boo hoo teachers you have to spend money on the kids while I spend money on you.

Spoken like a true teacher. Did you know that the average school teacher is only paying 15% of theRead More actual cost of health care premiums for themselves and their families, when Medical healthcare insurance premiums are rising at an alarming 17% per annum? Do you realize that teachers are paid an additional stipend if they work more than 3 consecutive periods in a day? Are you aware that teacher pensions were protected during the stock market crash of 2008, when the average person's 401K was totally at risk? Perhaps if teachers realized how good they have it - look at the BIG picture and outside of their bubble - then they would complain less. Oh and yes, we need our loftily-paid Administrators to kick in some of the salaries, to help pay for stuff. Hard to believe the school districts' mantras that "it's all for the kids".
