NCAA National Letters of Intent Signed by Four in Rocky Point

Rocky Point holds spring NCAA Signing Day for four athletes ready to play at the collegiate level.

The Rocky Point School District announced that four high school athletes
have signed National Letters of Intent to continue their sports at the collegiate level during the school’s official spring NCAA Signing Day.

  • Bryce Anderson – Wrestling – College of Mount Saint Vincent
  • Maria Guerrisi – Field Hockey – Adelphi University
  • Ryan Rado – Baseball – West Virginia Wesleyan College
  • Matthew Ruquet – Lacrosse – Manhattan College

Students were joined by their families and coaches during this culminating event of their high school athletic careers. Director of Health, Physical Education, Athletics, and Intramurals Amy Agnesini congratulated the students on being invited to play their sports at the college level.

“You have worked hard throughout your high school careers, and the District wishes you continued success at your prospective colleges and universities,” she said.
