The Miller Place Fire Department Old Fashioned Extinguishers took first place for the second consecutive year in the New York State Old Fashioned Drill tournament, Aug. 5.  

This year Miller Place tied for first with the Rockville Centre Fire Department in the tournament as both teams finished with 21 points overall.
