At the recent Centennial Celebration at Heritage Park in Mt. Sinai, Girl Scout Troop 1090 planted 66 plants in the Patriotic Plant-In. Blue catmint, white day lilies, red roses and yellow/white azaleas were planted.
The troop earned their Bronze Badge for the planting and painting a picture for display during the Parade of American Flags. Click through the images above for more from the event.
