  • On Friday night, catch the 2 Man Acoustical Jam performing at Carmody’s at 8 p.m., See how long the show will last this year.

  • Listen to the music of local band, the Serotones on Saturday night at the Mt. Sinai Congressional Church. Show starts at 8 p.m.

PORT JEFFERSON

Cultural

  • Join Cedar Hill historian George Moraitis for a two part, in-depth walking tour of Port Jefferson’s historic cemetery, Cedar Hill.

Live Music

  • Port Jazz will feature cover bands on Friday and Saturday night starting at 9 p.m.

  • Head to the Port Jefferson Library’s front lawn as acoustic cover band, Story Spun, performs live rock, pop and standards from the 80’s, 90’s and today! Music includes hits from artists such as Lady Gaga, Pink, Bruno Mars and more.
THREE VILLAGE

Food & drink
  • Mora's Fine Wine & Spirits is holding a free tasting on Saturday from 3 to 6 p.m., with Donato De Ieso from Italian wines specialist, Vias Imports, at the E. Setauket shop.
Cultural
  • The Ward Melville Heritage Organization’s current exhibit is “Long Island’s Auto Racing Heritage,” on display at the Educational & Cultural Center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

  • The Long Island Museum’s current exhibit is “Coney Island and Jones Beach: Empires by the Sea.” The museum is open Thursday through Sunday.

  • Finalists in the Long Island Museum’s 2013 juried art show are also on display.

  • Gallery North will be holding an opening reception for its new exhibit, 'Art of the Figure,' on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission is free.
