Miller Place Boys Varsity Baseball also lost the championship over the Memorial Day Break. WasRead More rescheduled due to weather. Great over achieving team! No respect given from MPSD or even an the public announcement of their game to the residents. Last nights public announcement from AD Lisa Lally was a joke. Didn't even mention the girls softball opponent. There are a lot of MP Varsity teams to be proud of this spring but our overpaid AD and Administration could not be bothered to recognize them over a Memorial Day Break. Wake Up Miller Place Residents you are being disrespected!

AD only make 150K per year. What do you expect for that paltry amount?

Great Team! Great Parental Support! Very Disappointing District Administration Support! PersonallyRead More watched the Athletic Director admonish the parents who questioned the correct calls during certain games. Congratulations to the Parents that cared about their kids and made this successful season happen. The Administration deserves little if any credit!

I remember writing about victory No.1 for the local newspaper.....April 12 was also the day thatRead More John Douglas, the high school's first principal, passed away in 1975. He was another of the pioneers. (from David Shaw)

I am not proud to say that I contributed to this "infamous" loss, but I will say itRead More anyway. As an eighth grader, I was competing in a girls' doubles match with a partner I had never played with before when we lost our eighth match to make it a team loss. I'd like to bitterly add that we did go on to beat Smithtown in the county championships that same year. Obviously the initial loss was a hoax...
