My Goal is to exceed the Standard set by the State of NY for Home Inspectors. I provide a computer generated report on the condition of all systems, and components of the property I am Inspecting. My report is in a Narrative fashion, which makes it easy to read, and understand. The finished report includes photos of the property and, any issues I feel need attention. My reports not only tell you about what your perspective property may need, but also inform you of maintenance needs, and help to "introduce " you to your new home.

Besides what NYS has set in its Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors which you can read at the States website @ www.dos.state.ny.us   I try to include information you will find very valuable as the owner of your new property

Info such as Past service people, ie. Oil Burner service, Oil Delivery, Plumbers,Electricians,Pool Service, Landscapers can provide a great resource of knowledge, or assist you as the new owner of a property I do my best to compile this information for you.

 NYS has determined how much formal training I need to be licensed, but I also continue my education and stay up to date in the field of Home Inspecting by being a member of InterNACHI The Worlds Largest , non profit inspection association, you can visit them, or check my membership @ www.nachi.org

Your report will be shared with noone else but You my Client, you may share the information I find with anyone you wish, but you can rest assured I never will, this is for your protection, and to assure you that there will never be a conflict of interest involved with your property purchase.
