Marie Kaminski has always been drawn to music and young children.  As Co-Director/Owner of Lyrical Children Inc. she has found a way of sharing her passion for music making fun with families of young children.  Having taught Music Together® classes since 1999 she is a Level I Certified teacher.  Classes are now offered at various locations from Setauket to Southold.  Combining this program with a developmentally appropriate environment for preschool learning lead to the opening of Lyrical Children's Preschool & Learning Center in Calverton.  Here 2 - 5 yr olds have Nursery and Pre K Readiness classes that include a weekly 1/2 hour Music Together class.  There is research showing that this family oriented program aids children in all aspects of their development.
     Marie holds a degree in Music in Special Education, is “Orff-Schulwerk” Level I & II certified and has over 30 years experience of teaching Piano as well as teaching preschoolers.
