Flag Day Celebration and Parade of American Flags -June 14

Girl and Boy Scouts and volunteers of the Heritage Trust will celebrate Flag Day during a Flag Day Ceremony followed by a march through the Parade of American Flags and various activities. You are invited to this free event to hear about "Flag Day" and "What the Flag means to Me". Activities include learning how to fold a flag, a Parade scavenger hunt, and talking with elected officials. Scouts can earn badges and patches. Everyone will share a sense of national pride. 
The ceremony and activities will take place at the Heritage Center. Donations of food and personal hygiene items for veterans will be collected.
