5k Walk/Run For Wildlife and Conservation
The Huntington-Oyster Bay Audubon Society Hosts their second annual 5K Walk/Run for Wildlife and Conservation on Saturday, September 28, 2013 9:30 AM at the beautiful Planting Fields Arboretum!
On this day we will be honoring the Senator Carl Marcellino and Brian Zimmerman of Nassau County Soil & Water Conservation District for their outstanding conservation efforts. All proceeds from the event will directly help fund HOBAS’ conservation programs and initiatives. All 5K participants will receive a commemorative event t-shirt. Raise $50 and above and the registration fee will be waived. You will also be entered to win a gift basket worth over $250 in gift certificates from local merchants and restaurants.
