CrossFit Training for High School and College Athletes

Athletes will meet 3 times a week during this six week training session.  Content will include discussions and demonstrations about mobility, speed and agility drills, instruction on form and technique for weight lifting, strength training for explosiveness and power, and unrivaled aerobic conditioning.
