Local Places Open on Christmas Day

Patch's guide to the few stores that are open on Christmas.

A lot of places close on Christmas. However, if you find yourself getting restless then check out some of the places that are actually still opened.

Coram Movieland will have their first showings at noon and continue until about 11 p.m.

Port Jefferson Cinemas will start up the first reel at 12:49 p.m. and the last one will begin at around 9:40 p.m.

Island 16 in Holtsville and AMC Loews in Stony Brook will be open as well.

The 7-Eleven in Miller Place, and the two in Rocky Point (75 and 374 Route 25A) will be open 24 hours.

Brooklyn Bagels & Cafe will be open until noon.

Handy Pantry in Rocky Point will be open in the morning.
